Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call 48 hours before your appointment. You can also cancel or reschedule your appointments online.  Your deposits are non refundable if you do not show up or give 48 hours notice.
 

No Show

100% of the service price payable before additional appointments can be booked.
 

Late Arrival

If you arrive late this will affect your appointment. There will not be a discount for the service. After 15 minutes late the appointment is lost.
 

No Visitors 

Your lash time should be time for just you. I will not perform your service if you arrive with company. This policy is strictly enforced.
 

Makeup

Please come with your lash and eye area make up free. This cuts down on your lash time greatly.
 

No Refunds

All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. For products only unused and unopened may be exchanged. No refunds.

****NEW CLIENT FILLS****

If you are a coming from another lash tech and would like to book a fill, I would love to have the opportunity to give you the lashes you've always dreamed of! Your set must be applied correctly using appropriate lengths and weights for your natural lashes. Proper application and isolation of the lashes is paramount to ensure you have a healthy non-damaging set of fabulous lashes.  You must book a consult before I agree to fill.
